Description

The Avaloq Core Platform (ACP) offers a robust and flexible foundation that can be tailored to meet the unique requirements of any banking institution. This course introduces participants to the principles and techniques of customizing ACP using the Avaloq Banking Reference/Standard (ABR/S) framework.

The course equips participants with a solid understanding of Avaloq’s layered architecture and structured customization methods, enabling learners to translate business requirements into efficient, compliant configurations and appreciate how these decisions influence processes and system behaviour.

Training is delivered through a blended learning approach. Participants begin with a self-study phase, including videos and reading materials, before attending a five-day instructor-led session. During the classroom week, learners gain hands-on experience in a dedicated training environment, applying concepts to real-world scenarios and business use cases. These exercises demonstrate how banking processes are represented in ACP and how customization ensures compliance and operational efficiency.
