CLM is a browser-based application for client lifecycle management. It enables users to manage the entire lifecycle of a client including prospecting, onboarding, modifications to client data or products and closing the client's account.
The application is highly customizable through case modelling and ACP customization.
CLM uses the concept of case management to model the processing and flow of data. An extended version of Flowable, a third-party graphical modelling tool, is used to model the bank's business logic through cases. In SaaS and BPaaS projects customization specialists use a standard, non-customizable case model, with a customizable configuration file. On-prem projects have their own copy of the case model which they can modify according to their needs.
Avaloq Core configurations include the ability to design responsive forms, define actions and decisions which are implemented as Avaloq Script procedures and functions, and implement consistency levels for order validation. These forms, actions, decisions and consistency levels can be referenced from the configuration file or linked to the Flowable case model.
The course provides video content on each customization topic, along with an interactive exercise using CLM and the configuration file.

• Describe the CLM UI and the options it provides for client management.
• Describe the structure and purpose of the configuration file.
