To teach students how to customize menus, reports, forms and appearance of the RM Workplace application.
Course description
RM Workplace is a web application for client-facing bank employees.
It allows users to manage clients through a series of menus, forms and reports.
The application is highly customizable. Customizers can change main menu structures, context menus, report menus, report dropdowns, parameter bindings.
RM Workplace uses ACP core DSLs such as code tables, forms and reports to achieve much of the customization. In addition, it is developed using the Angular framework and operates in a microservices environment. This offers customization of aspects such as color theming, fonts, company images, headers etc.
The self-study part of the course will provide video content on customization topics and in the virtual class, students will carry out exercises to customize a test application.
